Return Policy

**RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS**

We offer a 7-day “buyer’s remorse” return policy on un-activated products. Only unopened and un-activated products can be returned. Opened and used products are ineligible and can not be returned. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns. To initiate a return, please complete the form at: www.vision360ai.com/rma and our returns department will process your request. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

**Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, accompanied by the packing slip, original documentation, and packaging. Failure to include these items or any signs of damage such as scratches, marks, or blemishes will result in the return being declined. The product must not have been altered or sized in any way, and security tags must remain attached.

**Damaged Box or Product. If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Support within 5 business days of receiving your shipment for assistance. If the box shows extensive damage, please refuse delivery and contact Customer Support immediately at in**@vi*********.com or 213.674.6231

**Refusal of Delivery. If a package is refused for delivery (unless damaged or the box is damaged upon arrival), the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred by Vision360AI. Once the returned package is received in our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs.

**Incorrect Shipping Address. Orders returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer will be subject to an additional shipping charge. This fee will apply even if the original order was placed under a free shipping promotion. Any reshipping requests will incur a reshipping fee. If the package is returned and Customer Support has not been contacted, the order will be refunded to the original payment method, minus shipping costs.
